Game of Thrones

I’ve started this series with my sister and I’m enjoying it really much. I read the books long ago and I first thought that it wasn’t worth it to watch like five seasons in which I knew everything that already happened. Game of Thrones is a TV American show that already has 7 seasons, and the last one being recorded right now. Basically, it’s a series about a kingdom’s story, in which different Royal families betray, befriend and fight against them. There are plenty of charismatic characters, for me being the most important Tyrion Lannister, who’s a dwarf that defines himself-as he would do- as a man who only drinks and knows things. But the most interesting thing of the whole plot is that the principal writer, George Martin, isn’t afraid of killing characters, without mattering who’s good or who’s evil. So, whenever you start an episode you can’t be sure of what you’ll see, because it may happen that everyone ends up dying, even the most loved ones. Right now, I’m travelling to Barcelona with the purpose of assisting to the Game of Thrones exposition, and both me and my sister are eager to watch anything related to the series.

News 5: Wildfire

We can see that the thing is really scared about the road but it also is about the fire. However, it decides to run towards the fire. The man looks desperate and when he finds the rabbit, slowly and with a lot of love he gets it between his arms and gets it away from the fire. This video is completely heartbreaking. Just thinking that the man could have easily run away from the fire, and, despite all, he decides to stop his car and try to save a little life, who doesn’t know the danger of the fire and is just running instintinctively. How it feels to study in 2n Batxillerat

Nowadays I’m finishing the 1 st term of what has been the most difficult year for me. My marks are really high, and I’m really happy with my results. However, one thing doesn’t solve the other. It’s such a stressing year that one can only wonder:” Why?”. I mean, in our first year, first of batxillerat, the quantity of work to be done in different classes was so little that my chemistry teacher had almost finished all the explanations to be done in March. On the other hand, 2 nd of batxillerat is a really compacted year, and you have almost double the work to do, double de difficultness, and with half the time. And all of that considering that you have to present yourself into Selectivity, which is called that way because incineration of pure souls that course 2 nd batxillerat was too long. It’s a week in which you have 9 exams in 3 days and, in these exams, you have almost your whole future to be decided. Besides that, all the work you’ve done during the whole year is evaluated. I...

Science

I’m a science guy, and for me it’s really annoying how the education system is organized. Science is more interesting than most of people think it is. Just because you think that calculating speed of cars in a road is boring doesn’t mean relativity or quantum physics is. Only because you’ve never heard of how stem cells work doesn’t mean that the path that a blood drop does inside our body is boring. Just because you think mathematical functions are boring and that they don’t have any application it means mathematics as a whole are boring. The most important part of science topics isn’t even mentioned in secondary. That’s a shame. Last year I’ve realised that my girlfriend, who is studying in the social batxillerat, finds interesting how relativity affects our universe.
